Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Management Information System (MIS), International Business, Organization Strategy and Leadership, Public Administration, International Relations, Economics, Law, or Mass Communication & Journalism from a recognized university.
  Alternatively, a BBA in HR, Management, MIS, International Business, or Organization Strategy and Leadership is acceptable.
  • No third division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA is allowed.
  • Candidates under the grading system must have a minimum GPA/CGPA of 4.0 out of 5 or 3.0 out of 4.
• Skills Required:
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Age Limit:
  Maximum age is 32 years as of December 31, 2024.
  However, the age limit is relaxed by up to five years for existing DPDC employees.

Job Nature

• A three-year contract, including a one-year probationary period.
• The contract is renewable until the maximum age of 60.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Salary: 39,000 BDT per month.
• House Rent Allowance:
  • 60% of the basic salary (50% for areas under Narayanganj and Gazipur City Corporations).
• Other Benefits:
  • Two festival bonuses.
