Eligibility Criteria
- Advanced degree (preferably a PhD) in Social Science, Liberal Arts, Business, or related fields.
- At least two first divisions/classes in academic results. No third division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA will be accepted.
- Minimum 17 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in a senior position in research, management, academia, or policy-making at a reputable organization.
- Experience in governance and anti-corruption will be prioritized.
- Skills in strategic planning, policy development, organizational and program development, management, and resource mobilization are essential.
- Experience in governance, democracy, rule of law research, and publications will be given preference.
- Knowledge of human rights, gender, and social protection is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
- Proficiency in both Bangla and English, with excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage is mandatory.
