• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (out of 5.0) or 2.50 (out of 4.0).
  • At least 12 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Preference will be given to retired Bangladesh Army officers (rank of Major or above).
  • Must have strong leadership skills.
• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as of February 5, 2025.
• Work Location: Kalapara, Patuakhali.
• Salary & Benefits:
  • Monthly basic salary: BDT 91,000
  • Other allowances: Housing, project allowance, two annual festival bonuses, transportation, medical allowance, provident fund, gratuity, group insurance, and other benefits as per company policy.
